Skyblazers Forum Policy
What follows is the current policy that applies to anyone who uses the Skyblazers rider forum, it is required that anyone who registers to use this forum agree and abide to these standards:
You agree, through your use of this service,
that:
You will not use the Skyblazers forum to post any material which is false and/or
defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane,
sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise
violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the
copyright is owned by you or by Skyblazers.
You agree that your abuse of the intent of the forum or this policy may lead to
your user name and/or IP address being immediately and permanently banned and,
in extreme cases, your service provider or employer being informed. The IP
address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to
indemnify and hold harmless Skyblazers, and their agents with respect to any
claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
You agree that we at Skyblazers reserve the right to delete any message for any
or no reason whatsoever and/or to reveal your identity (or whatever information
we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any
message posted by you.
You agree and understand that we do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy,
completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the
contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the
message and not necessarily the views of Skyblazers or any entity associated
with Skyblazers and hence will not be held liable.
You agree that any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is
encouraged to contact us immediately by email. If removal of any message is
deemed appropriate, we will make every effort to remove objectionable messages
within a reasonable time frame, This is a manual process, however, so please
realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages
immediately.
You agree and understand that it is important for you to remain aware that when
you provide personal information (e.g., last name, address, phone number) in a
posting on any message board, that information is available to any other person
or user having access and use of that message board, and may be used by someone
in a manner unintended by you. For that reason, we discourage you from offering
any personally identifying information as within a posting to any message board.
You agree and understand that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes,
and solicitations are inappropriate on the Skyblazers forum.
Use of this forum is a privilege, not an entitlement. Please respect the club's
intent for its use.
