Fielder Road Baptist Church Indoor Flying
1323 W. Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington, Texas
It is a done deal ! If you have never
tried indoor flying, now is the time to try it. I promise you will enjoy every
moment of indoor comfort, flying and fun. Those of us that regularly fly
indoors are there to help and support first time indoor flyers.
Starting Friday, April 13 from 5:00pm till
9:00pm and every Friday night thereafter we have the use of the gym for our
sport. Sorry, NO HELICOPTERS OR AIRHOGS (toy planes from ToysR us). Only
big boy toy planes allowed.
Fielder Road Baptist Church, Located at 1323 W. Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington,
Texas.
Turn
on Fielder Road and pull in behind the church. The first large entrance is
where you go in. Check in at the desk if someone is there. Proceed to the
second floor, you may take the stairs or the elevator. The gym is located on
the second floor. The gym has a jogging track on the third floor. I guess we
have about a 20 foot ceiling in this area.
Landing fee is $5.00 to the church. There is seating available for the
wife/girlfriend/kids behind a glass in wall. They can watch the action and you
can keep an eye on them. A great deal if you have to babysit. If you

Inline hockey and indoor soccer rink. The arena has a glass
protected viewing area, team benches, penalty box, umpires box, locker room
and private team meeting rooms |
Indoor flying will begin Tuesdays from 11:00am to
3:00pm with a landing fee of $6.00.

Trinity Christian Academy (TCA) Indoor Flying
4954 E Interstate 20 Willow Park, TX 76087, US
Take I-20 west from Fort Worth towards
Weatherford. Get off at exit 415 and turn left back under the bridge. Turn
left and stay on the eastbound service road for a couple of miles. TCA is on
your right at the top of the hill. (Takes @ 50 minutes from Midlothian)
$5.00 landing fee. AMA Required.
Be sure and leave early so you'll have time to
visit Rick Cummings' hobby shop in Weatherford. Rick is a super guy and carries
all the latest and greatest in electric RC gear. He usually brings some items
with him to the indoor sessions. For store hours and directions call Rick at

2008 ARCA Any Ssize Warbird Event
Austin, TX - I would like to take this opportunity
to invite you and your club members to our 10th annual any size
Warbird fly in. It will be held April 25 Friday, 26 Saturday, and part of 27
Sunday. It will be open flying for visitors after the flying on Sunday.
Any size military aircraft including jets (Turbine waiver required). Any paint
scheme as long as it was used by any military.
Free pizza at field Friday evening for pilots.
Dinner Saturday night at field $10/person.
Camping at field w/limited electric @ $5/night.
Landing Fee $20 – Raffle – Concessions – Door Prizes
The raffle will be for a trainer.

fly event, Pilot raffles every 30 minutes, Lunch and Brisket dinner for all
pilots Saturday the 14th, vendors setup free with donation for raffles.
Wonderful field with 6 pilot stations, pre-register for 5.00 off landing fee.

Open flying Friday. Over 14 event sponsors so far.
Care flight and two privately owned full scale hell's will land and have lunch.
City leaders and local news station will cover the event as well as Care flight
" emergency air evak" will land to have lunch with us. Saturday lunch provided
for Pilots.
